Winter Solstice Wombspace

Once again we are approaching the Winter Solstice, the shortest day and longest night. This is my annual online invitation to nourish yourself within this seasonal natural pull to go into the darkness, the quietness and the contemplative. Time to rest and restore, and to dream into the future.

The inner cycles of a woman's life are deeply connected to the seasons. Winter symbolises the bleed of the menstrual cycle and also the Menopause of a her life as she journeys towards elderhood.
These are times to go inwards, to surrender to what is, to allow for the not knowing, so that when we step towards Spring we will emerge with vitality, gained wisdom and a renewed sense of self.
Within this wintery time we will allow for grief to arise, for what we are letting go of, and what naturally arises when journeying into the wintery wombspace.

As women we have this wisdom within our wombs (or wombspace for those who no longer have one) and so in this circle we'll explore this amazing natural bodily based intelligence and intuition to take deep care of ourselves and our lives.

In our online circle we will practise womb yoga, somatic movement, breath work, visualisation and relaxation.
Please come along in comfy clothes, with a mat, blanket, eye pillow and anything else that allows you comfort.
All women welcome with or without a womb and those who don’t identify as a women but have a female pelvis.

Cost - £16
