The Embodied Female Pelvis

The female pelvis is the seat of feminine power, creation and deep cyclical wisdom. It has a huge influence on a woman’s physical, emotional and sexual wellbeing, and also to her sense of self and her place in the world.

So often this part of a female body is shrouded in mystery, shame, dysfunction and disconnection and comes at a great loss. 

It doesn’t have to be like this, by creating awareness, engaging in trauma-informed sensitive practices a woman can regain the powerful feminine ground of her pelvis, her root and her essence.

My female pelvis work has been developed from 20 years of creatively working with women through therapeutic yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, visualisation, functional movement, embodied pelvic anatomy and mapping. You might find yourself drawn to this work through experiencing challenges with your pelvic health – prolapse, incontinence, pelvic trauma, sexual dysfunction, low libido, UTI’s, endometriosis, vaginismus or vulvodynia for example. Or maybe you simply want to connect and inhabit this intimate, creative and powerful part of yourself. This work is open to all female bodies or all ages. My pelvic work is external only.

I work with an integrated lens exploring the pelvis in relationship to other physical parts of the body and the connection to the psyche and emotional realms, and how these run through all aspects of life.

  • Initial Intake Session

    Our first session together involves going through intake forms on your physical and emotional health/life history. We will explore what your desired outcomes of working together are and start to map out a journey of working together.

    To be completed before beginning sessions.

    90-120 minutes.

  • Sessions

    Sessions will include : embodied anatomy and pelvic mapping, breath work, fascial release, visualisation, yoga postures to tone, stretch, and promote responsiveness of the pelvic floor muscles, somatic movement, nutrition and lifestyle practices to promote pelvic wellbeing, nutrition.

    Each 60 min session weaves practices together to work with body, mind and soul, a bio-psycho-social-soul approach to holistic wellbeing.

    Include recording of session if required.

    These follow on from the initial intake session.

  • Moon Journey

    Deep profound healing through a monthly subscription with 2 X 60 min online sessions, resource notes and practices, and 20 min coaching slots available in-between for extra guidance and support.

    Minimum commitment of 3 months - pelvic healing and connection requires a slow pace to achieve sustainable and profound change.

    The Moon Journey includes an Intake Session within the monthly price.

In this initial deep dive session we go through your intake forms to throughly go through body-mind medical history for an initial assessment, and to start to map out your pelvic bespoke journey.

Moon Journey - £220 a month

The moon journey is a deep dive monthly subscription healing journey with twice monthly 60 minute online sessions with me, plus resources of notes, recordings and practices to refer to though out the month, and 20 minute spot coaching in-between for extra guidance and support.

Minimum commitment of 3 months - pelvic healing and connection requires a slow pace to achieve sustainable and profound change.

The Moon Journey includes an Intake Session within the monthly price so no need to book a separate one.

Individual Sessions - £95

An individual session of 60 minutes.

On completion of the Intake Session these may be booked.
