The Embodied Female Pelvis
The female pelvis is the seat of feminine power, creation and deep cyclical wisdom. It has a huge influence on a woman’s physical, emotional and sexual wellbeing, and also to her sense of self and her place in the world.
So often this part of a female body is shrouded in mystery, shame, dysfunction and disconnection and comes at a great loss. It doesn’t have to be like this, by creating awareness, engaging in trauma-informed sensitive practices a woman can regain the powerful feminine ground of her pelvis, her root and her essence.
My female pelvis work has been developed from 20 years of working with women through therapeutic yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, visualisation, functional movement, embodied pelvic anatomy and mapping. You might find yourself drawn to this work through experiencing challenges with your pelvic health – prolapse, incontinence, pelvic trauma, sexual dysfunction, low libido, UTI’s, endometriosis, vaginismus or vulvodynia for example. Or maybe you simply want to connect and inhabit this intimate, creative and powerful part of yourself. This work is open to all female bodies or all ages.
If you would like to work with me I offer an online course - The Embodied Female Pelvis as well as private sessions online or in person.

From past clients
Jane is a very knowledgeable person with loads of experience. Working with her throughout the course was pleasure. The structure of the course was brilliant, full of useful content, plenty of different topics, I wouldn't know that there can be so much to learn and practice around our pelvises :) I gained variety of resources that I can implement into my daily practices according to what's working for me and what not. Jane also held the space for us in beautiful way- I felt safe and seen. I highly recommend Jane's course, I enjoyed it thoroughly! Anna Rabiej
Jane created a very safe-feeling container for us and a powerful invitation to reclaim this part of our body. The anatomy really came alive for me in a way that it hadn't previously, thanks to her experience and embodied wisdom that shone through so strongly! - Ruby
I've joined 2 workshops, both on the female pelvis, and I like the way Jane teaches. She makes any notions accessible, information is well organized and broadly discussed giving the group the chance to interact and share ideas. You'll have the opportunity to connect with your body by simple movements and a variety of tools she uses to better understand how the body works and its relation with emotions. If you want something that goes beyond yoga to deepen your knowledge and to give your clients the chance to explore their bodies in different ways, these workshops can be the tools you're looking for.
Please do get in touch with any questions about the course.
