An integrated and holistic approach to healing.

Neurodivergent and Trauma Informed.

Hello and welcome!

I’m Jane, a Somatic Coach and Embodied Pelvic Health Practitioner.

I help women navigate through the challenging terrain of Pelvic Health using gentle yet powerful somatic practices.

I provide you with the embodied tools to make meaning of pelvic health issues, hormones, emotional ups and downs and frazzled nervous systems, and to provide a clear and concise journey towards healing.

We explore these interconnected parts of yourself through a bespoke blend of potent practices : Pelvic Care & Connection Coaching, Somatic Therapuetic Yoga, Functional Movement, Breathwork and Visualisation. Reconnecting and integrating these parts of yourself into Wholeness.

What People Are Saying

" I needed a safe space in which to explore further my pelvic anatomy, my relationship to my pelvis to help me in my healing journey. Jane offered this and more and really helped me in my own healing journey and back home to myself again. Reawakening parts of me that had been quiet for a little while. Jane holds a lovely open, supportive safe space in which to explore and grow."

“I've attended Jane's coaching sessions where I learned about my place in the rhythm of my life, with surprising clarity. I felt comfortable and safely held in Jane's sessions, relaxed and energised, alert and responsive. I love the discovery that's possible with Jane, giving me feedback about my own state and effectiveness. I thoroughly recommend Jane's Yoga and Embodied Coaching..”

I am very fortunate to have worked with Jane recently, who has helped me regulate my nervous system (after god knows how many years stuck in fight or flight mode) through somatic coaching, breathwork and kinesiology with amazing gentleness, humour and knowledge. Thank you so much !

“For last four years I have suffered from mental abuse from my ex husband.

When it started again this week I found myself actually striking the embodied archytype ‘no’ pose. It came quite natural and it wasn’t until I reflected on it that I realised how empowered it made me feel.

Coming to the pelvis sessions have been my treat for the month so thank you for making it so worthwhile.”

Taking the course about the female pelvis with Jane was one of the most important and useful courses I've invested in. I've learned so much about my pelvic area, and I've also learned to connect my body and pelvic area in a way that was gentle and beautiful.

Learning about pelvic health through gentle Somatic Movement is a re-education for me. Subtly reclaiming female empowerment by focusing on the pelvis as the core central link in the female body has been interesting,  supporting muscles, tissues and fascias around the pelvis seems to have so many connecting benefits, my body and joints are loosened up and less achy or stiff. The less is more approach being more effective than the hard push type of exercise. It feels relevant to all stages of life as a woman, the female body having different requirements to the male.

I had powerful insights into how my posture holds some pretty negative programming around my pelvis, and felt encouraged and inspired to allow her to take up more space. Even though I work with women's embodiment (the menstrual cycle), there is a lot of enquiry but not so much embodiment practice, so I'm inspired to bring in more of that in the future. Jane created a very safe-feeling container for us and a powerful invitation to reclaim this part of our body. The anatomy really came alive for me in a way that it hadn't previously, thanks to her experience and embodied wisdom that shone through so strongly!

I was experiencing difficulty with pelvic integration and sensation within my physical training/ movement - e.g. dancing, gym sessions, and experiencing the effects of this - e.g. offline glute activation, tight hips, inhibited expression and strength/power.

I gained a deeper understanding and enhanced mapping of the anatomy of the pelvis, including pelvic girdle and pelvic floor and more insight into pelvic breathing and the nervous system states and how they play a role within incontinence.

I realised that there is a lot of emotional factor in my experiences with incontinence.
