Please note that this is not a medical treatment or a therapy session, nor does it claim to be so. It is not intended to replace working with your GP, healthcare professional, consultant or therapist. It is always advised to seek medical treatment or advice when needed and diagnosis is required. 

Any recommendations about nutrition, exercise or the process of physical conditions are educational. It is your responsibility to seek medical guidance and to take responsibility for the way that you manage your health.

Releasing physical tension can also create an emotional release, this is a normal part of the healing process. If you experience strong emotions, try to be kind to yourself and give your feelings space, you may want to seek appropriate professional help to support your healing journey.

Payments 

Currently payments are taken at the point of booking.

NOTE: payment denotes your session is formerly booked. Your session is NOT secured until you do so. 

All payments should be paid for at the time of booking, unless prior arrangement has been made. 

There are options to pay in full or by instalments. Any further requirements, please contact me directly via email. 

Late cancellations: 48 and 24 hours 

I realise that sometimes life can throw us a curveball, but I would ask that you be aware of my terms and conditions and that we are both respectful of each other's time. It is considered a late cancellation if you are unable to give 48 hours’ notice. If that is the case, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. 

Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked treatment will be charged at the full appointment cost. The reasons are twofold – firstly my time is precious to me and my family, and secondly, failing to make your appointment can mean that a client who is in great need and who could have been allocated the appointment will now have to wait… Plus it’s polite and respectful. 

Treatment times 

Please arrive for your in-person or online treatment promptly. If you arrive late you may find that your session time has been reduced accordingly ~ being late can otherwise have a knock-on effect and could mean affecting clients later in the day. Please do contact me if there is a likelihood of lateness & I will endeavour to meet your needs if at all possible 

Refunds

Online Programmes & Products

Refunds are not available for online products

Live in-person and online events

100% up to a month before the event
75% from a month to 3 weeks before the event
50% from 3 weeks to 2 weeks before the event
25% from 2 weeks to 1 week before the event
0% if cancelled within 1 week of the event

Confidentiality

The details shared in events, medical and personal histories will stay confidential. If the event is to be recorded I will tell you at the start. Where my work is discussed, for example in supervision, no information will be given which would disclose an attendee’s identity.

Aftercare

I recommend you give yourself time to reflect and digest after a session. What emerged from the session might leave you feeling emotional. Take some time to explore how you are feeling, what you are left with and write what you next steps might be, allow yourself to explore your process in whatever way works for you in that moment; drawing, journaling, dancing etc. Be gentle with yourself and give your self as much quiet time as you can and nourish yourself with good food and drink water to stay hydrated.

These sessions can create a strong emotional release, this is a normal part of the healing process. If you experience strong emotions/feelings/sensations after your session, try to be compassionate to yourself, allow them to be there , and if you require support or some understanding on these do contact me.
