You’re looking for answers
Hi I’m Jane, I’m here to support you through the pain, disconnect and suffering that you’re experiencing.
I know from personal experience and from working with dozens of women that it is possible to create a different relationship to your pelvis, your body and your power and it starts with recognising that you’re not broken, you’re not the problem and you don’t need fixing.
If you’re interested lets take your first steps together to reclaiming your pelvic health and power.
This is your first step to reclaiming your pelvic health, wellbeing and power.
Solutions, protocols and opinions are coming in from every direction - often conflicting, some downright confusing, and all together overwhelming. I see this and I hear you.
When there’s so much going on, and so many possible solutions it's easy to collapse into doing nothing, carrying on, surviving one day at a time.
Maybe you’ve tried going to the doctor, tried the pelvic physio, the pelvic floor expert, done your kegals, wombwork, tantra…….
It can feel hopeless and the horizon can seem bleak. Sometimes there isn’t much initiative to try something else.
So many of these solutions are trying to FIX you- and like I said earlier - you don't need FIXING, and you're not the problem. It's bigger than this and deep deep down within your wise body you already know this. So many of these only look through one dimension- and you are so much more than that. Your pelvis resides in your cyclical body and has a deep connection to other parts of your body, emotions, nervous system, hormones, gut, relationships, environment and your own lived history. It is rich terrain.
Together we will map out and explore this terrain and create a new map and a new way of being.
The female body suffers through existing in a linear, capitalist, sexist and misogynistic world. This is not just pelvic work but also a paradigm shift. Your pelvis is your root and your source to power and creativity. Reclaim your pelvic and reclaim your life.

Lets support you to create change.
Our bodies have their own innate intelligence and know when things need to shift and recalibrate long before our thinking cognitive minds catch up- by this point the calling can be very loud. Even louder if we add neurodivergence and a trauma history.
Every symptom is a messenger.
I know that might sound glib, part of this work is remembering that the female body is innately wise. I recognise that this might be difficult to begin to acknowledge when there is pain and despair and a lack of trust with one’s own body.
These changes and transitions require a holding - one that slow, kind and compassionate.
Transformations into a new way of being, thinking and living do not happen overnight, they are slowly incubated and birthed with thoughtfulness and care.
I’m with you every step of the way.
The Embodied Pelvis coaching is for women who are ready for transformation.
Ready to define a new phase of life for themselves.
They know that a quick fix isn’t going to do it.
During our time together
From the ground up I will guide you in re-building firm foundations.
A one-pointed approach is set up to fail when it comes to the pelvic health and connection
Because everything is connected - your hormones, physical body, thinking mind and nervous system are constantly interacting with your environment, relationships, trauma past and present.
Nothing acts independently.
Part of our journey together is clarifying those connections and exploring from an integrated perspective. When one part is supported, so are the other parts.
I will guide you through the journey within a somatic, gentle and feminist container, one that is trauma and neurodivergent informed and friendly.
This is where we use my Wheel of Pelvic Wellbeing to explore those key parts of you and your life.
The Wheel of Pelvic Wellbeing
The Journey to Pelvic Wellbeing
Body
The pelvis is the connector between the body, part of the core with a unique relationship to feet, buttock, abdominal and inner thigh muscles. The pelvic diaphragm is in relationship to other diaphragms - feet, respiratory and vocal. It is home to the sexual and eliminatory organs as well as hosting part of the digestive system and has an impact on their function and wellbeing. There is a deep connection between the pelvis to the lower back, sacroiliac joint, hips as well as knees and gait and overall posture. To explore one part requires exploring the whole.
Mind
The female pelvis is intricately connected to mental and emotional health. Stress, anxiety and depression have an impact on the pelvis, the function and adaptability of the pelvic floor muscles and the sexual and elimination organs. Pelvic health and connection has an impact of one’s sense of self and belonging - it is our root and a place of connection to the earth. It also in an intimate relationship to our to your body and sexuality. These are all two way relationships, each is influenced by the other.
Hormones
Hormones and the female pelvis exist in a deeply interconnected relationship, each profoundly influencing the other. Understanding this connection is essential for holistic pelvic health , as treating physical symptoms alone often misses the underlying hormonal factors at play.
Oestrogen supports tissue elasticity in the vagina, uterus, and pelvic floor, and is essential for collagen production, which provides structural support to pelvic organs. It also influences pain sensitivity, inflammation, and blood flow to the pelvis while maintaining bone density. Dropping Oestrogen levels during menopause or postpartum can lead to tissue thinning, vaginal dryness, increased prolapse risk, and changes in pelvic floor strength.
Progesterone relaxes muscle tissue and can affect the function of the elimination organs. Fluctuating progesterone levels can result in bloating and pelvic heaviness, while low levels are linked to painful periods and heavy menstrual bleeding.
Cortisol impacts pelvic health when chronically elevated by causing muscle tension in the pelvic floor. Chronic stress increases inflammation and pain sensitivity, affects gut function, and can worsen conditions such as IBS and chronic pelvic pain. High cortisol also can influence the levels of progesterone and oestrogen.
Nervous System
The female nervous system influences muscle function, sensation, pain perception and stress responses. Through stress and anxiety the nervous system can become sensitized causing more pain signals as well as interpreting normal sensations as painful.
The nervous system stores memories of pain and trauma which can mean that past experiences of pelvic pain, birth injury, sexual trauma, or medical procedures can create neural pathways that keep the pelvic region in a state of high alert. This means the nervous system may trigger pelvic floor muscle tension, pain, or dysfunction as a protective mechanism, even when there's no current threat. For pelvic health and connection it is imperative to work with the nervous system.
Life - Culture - Society - Relationships - Work - Politics
Your surrounding environment past and present has an influence on your pelvic wellbeing. Through somatic coaching we explore themes that are consciously or unconsciously interacting with the wellbeing of your pelvis. The tissues of the pelvis are incredibly sensitive and what is happening outside of ourselves can have an impact internally.
