Perimenopause Yoga Class -online Thursdays


Are you experiencing symptoms of perimenopause such as hot flushes, emotional ups and downs, insomnia, low libido, aching joints, brain fog, tiredness, rage, anxiety, depression?

Would you like to find ways to work with these AND also cultivate clarity, power and freedom?

Come along to this online small and intimate yoga circle where there will be an emphasis on slowing down and sensing into what your needs are through a mix of somatic movement, embodied enquiry, yoga therapeutics, functional movement, pelvis therapeutics, breath work, meditation and visualisation. This will be a space for you to come as you are for oodles of care and support.

Thursdays - 130-230pm. Starting on 5th May (no class on 12th May and 2nd June)

Drop in £12 , or 4 class pass £40 or the 6wk course of classes £50
