A 4 week online course in simple breathwork and meditation practises. £34
Each session will start with movement to help land you in your body, to ease any tension or stress and to free up the diaphragm so your breath has full potential to flow in your body. We will not be imposting any particular techniques onto the breath, instead uncovering your fluid natural breath . This is particularly useful for those experiencing stress, anxiety or are post-illness. This will lead us into simple meditation practises to explore stillness and space in body and mind.
All of these practises will be accessible for all bodies no matter of mobility, fitness or age. They also can be practised whilst sat in a chair.
There is a morning and evening course running to allow for different schedules and time zones so when booking do let me know which you want to join. My intention is to keep these sessions small so spaces will be limited to 10.
