Online Perimenopause Yoga, 6 weeks course. Tuesday 14th Sept - 19th Oct. 930-1030am BST


Are you experiencing symptoms of perimenopause such as hot flushes, emotional ups and downs, insomnia, low libido, aching joints, brain fog, tiredness, rage, anxiety, depression?

Come along to this online small and intimate online yoga circle every Tuesday 930-1030am UK time, where there will be an emphasis on slowing down and sensing into what your needs are through a mix of somatic yoga, breath work, meditation and visualisation. This will be a space for you to come as you are for oodles of care and support.

They will also be available as recordings, so not to worry if you cannot make one of the classes, everyone will receive a recording for the class each week.

6 week course starting on Tuesday 14th September 930-1030am BST. Finishing on 19th October.
