Come along to this online small and intimate yoga circle where there will be an emphasis on slowing down and sensing into what your needs are through a mix of somatic yoga, breath work, meditation and visualisation. This will be a space for you to come as you are for oodles of care and support.
6 week course starting on Wednesday 1st February and finishing on 15th March. Please note that there is no class on Wednesday 15th February during half term.
