Embodied Female Pelvic Health & Connection- an online workshop

Thursday 2nd April 2026 2pm EST / 7pm UK

The female pelvis is often avoided in yoga classes, workshops, coaching and therapy spaces. When this happens the pelvis and all of the challenges that can arise from this part of the body can get overlooked, leaving clients feeling subtly gaslit, or that this part of them is wrong. This can contribute to the stigma that abounds with this part of the female body.

A specialist 2hr experiential online workshop for professionals who work with women - yoga/pilates teachers, PT’s, coaches, therapists and bodyworkers who would like to increase their knowledge on the female pelvis and be able to offer trauma informed, pelvic friendly spaces for their clients.

The female pelvis is the seat of feminine power, creation and deep cyclical wisdom and influences a woman’s physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing throughout her life from puberty, budding sexuality, pregnancy & childbirth, to perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

Yet so often the pelvis is shrouded in mystery, shame, dysfunction as well as disconnection, pain and despair. The wellbeing and connection of her pelvis not only influences physical pelvic conditions but also plays out through the rest of her body and life, affecting posture, movement, sexuality, sense of self and belonging.

Many women experience pelvic issues in silence - incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, painful sex, lack of libido, lack of sensation, painful periods, vaginal atrophy, pcos and endometriosis to name a few.

It doesn’t have to be like this, through trauma-informed, sensitive practices a woman can cultivate pelvic awareness, connection and health, bringing balance and wellbeing to this powerful part of herself.

In this workshop you will

  • Find out why the pelvis is paramount to a woman’s mind and body wellbeing.

  • What can happen when there is pelvic disconnect and how as teachers/facilitators you can make a difference.

  • How a woman’s life stages can have an impact on her pelvic wellbeing.

  • Explore practises to create connection and wellbeing through movement, anatomical embodied mapping, breathwork and visualisation.

  • Leave feeling confident to introduce pelvic awareness into your work.

There will be time for experiential learning, sharing and for questions to be addressed.

This session will be recorded for those who cannot attend live.

£35 early bird until 26/03/26. Thereafter £45.
