Menopause Yoga


A class sharing nourishing somatic practices and embodiment tools to support women through this powerful yet vulnerable stage of life.

Bringing curiosity, compassion, creativity and even humour to this rites of passage, stepping away from the medicalising and fear towards acceptance, self-compassion and self-agency.

Exploring practices that help ease the myriad of symptoms and disturbances that can arise during mid-life - anxiety, depression, insomnia, hot flushes, palpitations, loss of libido, vaginal dryness, fatigue, rage, brain fog, weight gain…. through somatic yoga, Embodied Toolkit, breathwork, relaxation and meditation.

Each week will have a theme - : breathwork, female pelvis, the embodied map of menopause, nervous system regulation, Four Elements, rest and relaxation.

Course - £60 for 6 live online classes with recordings . Drop in £14 with recordings.
